Is Linkstr completely free to start?
Yes, the local preview is free to explore. The proposed Free plan is designed for 25 new links per month, 5 QR codes, a bio page and digital business card once plan controls are implemented.
Can I place my Linkstr QR code on a printed business card?
Yes. The business-card builder can prepare a shareable contact page and downloadable contact file. For printed QR codes that open a public Linkstr page, the website must first be deployed to an authorised domain.
Can I track clicks by country, device and referrer?
The backend can record redirects and provide best-effort country, device and referrer statistics. Data will only appear after real visits; privacy settings, ad blockers and referrer policies can limit accuracy. The dashboard refreshes on request, rather than through continuous live streaming.
Can I use a custom domain?
The Business and Teams packages are designed to support branded domains, but domain verification, SSL provisioning and plan enforcement still need to be added. Domain registration is not included in the proposed pricing.
Can I pay for a plan today?
Not yet. These are proposed South African prices. Secure checkout, subscriptions, invoices and cancellation controls must be integrated and tested before paid plans can be sold.
What about a chatbot or customer support?
This website currently includes a pricing FAQ. A support chatbot, help desk, abuse-reporting channel and support inbox are recommended additions before a public launch.
